The order, and when it may begin
The whole amount first, then the two things the shop needs in order to deliver: an address for the files, and your answers to the two questions about when the download starts.

Where the money would go
Switched off in the page itself, not merely greyed out, so that nothing here can be pressed by accident. Card payment is not connected yet: every collection is still being checked against its specification, and nothing is charged for a collection that is not finished. Orders can be set down by email in the meantime.
How an order will work once payment is connected, from the total above to the files on your machine:
- The figure above is the figure charged. In pounds sterling, shown in full before anything is confirmed, with no delivery charge, card fee or minimum order added afterwards.
- Card details never reach this site. When payment is connected it is taken by a payment provider on its own page. There is no card field anywhere on this site, and there will not be one.
- The files come by email. A download link, as set out on the Delivery & Files page. A download link stays live for 30 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times. Nothing is posted.
- You keep a copy of what you agreed to. The shop's reply repeats what you ordered, what it costs, both of your answers to the two questions above and the terms in force on that day.
If something goes wrong with an order, write to support@monograms.live with the order reference and say what happened. A written message is answered within two working days.
